We founded St.Bailey in 2024 in response to a growing need: organisations with a surplus of stories, but a shortage of storytellers.

We call this the Story Gap, and our unique framework combines workshops, coaching and training to unlock the storytelling power of your people.


Named one of the world’s top-ten digital creatives by Adweek in 2011, Nick Bailey is a seasoned storyteller, crafting narratives that span World Cup campaigns for Sony and Nike to dystopian novels. A leader and team builder, he’s spent 20 years nurturing creative talent, from boutique studios to agencies of 150+.

Sarah Taylor helps organisations turn strategy into stories people can actually use. Across work with brands including BlackRock and Avery Dennison, she specialises in aligning leadership, brand and culture around a shared story, helping teams operationalise that story where it matters most: leadership communication, organisational culture and customer experience.

Max Bailey is a coach and transformation agent, blending high-pressure commercial leadership with deep psychological insight. With experience at Virgin, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Speedo, he helps individuals and teams build clarity, resilience, and purpose through change.
