Story Architecture

DCX is the Experience Design arm of the global creative and media network Dentsu, responsible for innovation strategy, platforms, brand design and commerce initiatives across the group.

The team engaged us to help clarify a unifying story that could better communicate their capabilities both internally within Dentsu and externally to clients.

We began with a Story Audit process, gathering insight from clients, media and internal stakeholders across the organisation to understand how the team’s work was perceived.

This research informed a workshop with senior leadership, through which we developed a clear narrative architecture and proposition for the group. The resulting story and messaging framework became the foundation for the division’s sales vocabulary and growth strategy.
