Following a successful funding round, the leadership team engaged us to help articulate a clear story for the company’s next phase of growth; one that could communicate both the technological breakthrough and its potential environmental impact.

We facilitated a leadership Story Sprint designed to align senior stakeholders around the organisation’s mission, values and strategic direction.

From this process we developed a set of narrative frameworks addressing the different dimensions of the company’s story, including product innovation, sustainability impact and long-term industry transformation.

These narratives now underpin Qorium’s communications as the company prepares to bring cultivated leather to market.
