Partou is the Netherlands’ largest childcare group, operating more than 200 locations nationally. In 2023 the organisation expanded into the UK through the acquisition of Just Childcare, creating a rapidly growing international organisation.

The leadership team engaged us to help define a unifying story that could bring together teams across both markets while supporting the company’s ambitious growth strategy.

Our work began with an extensive Story Audit, including interviews with team members and service users in both the Netherlands and the UK. This research surfaced the values and beliefs that defined the organisation at its best.

Through a series of senior stakeholder workshops we then developed a clear brand proposition, manifesto and values framework designed to unify the parent-facing brand and the broader group.

Today we continue to support Partou in activating this story across the organisation, helping embed the narrative through internal communications and leadership messaging.
