Story Activation

Avery Dennison is a global materials science company employing more than 35,000 people across 50 countries. As sustainability became increasingly central to their customers’ decision-making, the company sought to articulate a clearer story about its role in enabling more responsible supply chains.

Working closely with the global leadership team, we designed and facilitated a series of workshops across the organisation to clarify how sustainability should be expressed across multiple business units.

The outcome of this process was a coherent communications architecture that connected the company’s sustainability commitments to its broader strategy and commercial priorities.

We then developed a global communications roadmap, enabling different parts of the organisation to tell a consistent story while coordinating initiatives across multiple product verticals and ensuring alignment with emerging regulatory frameworks.
