Framestore is an Academy Award-winning global creative studio with 3,300 employees on four continents. In 2023, the brand engaged us to develop a refreshed proposition to provide teams working globally with a unifying story; inform and invigorate the sales process and spearhead external communications.
To meet the brief we first ran a research process involving clients, media and team-members across departments and geographies. The insights gained formed the stimulus for a program of workshops with senior stakeholders, which in turn provided us with the material (and consensus) we needed to develop an all-encompassing positioning statement, manifesto and brand narrative.
We went on to activate this through the company through a series of global town hall presentations, before running workshop sessions with teams across the business. Finally, we supported the company with the creation of
