Brand story

DCX is the Experience Design arm of the global creative and media network, Dentsu, which employs over 70,000 people globally. The Experience Team develops and delivers innovation strategy, platforms, brand design and commerce to accelerate growth for the network's clients.

The team briefed us to spearhead the development of a unifying brand story to support them in marketing their capabilities both internally and externally.

We first designed a research program that involved clients, media and team members from across the organisation and followed this up with a workshop for senior stakeholders. The combined output provided us with the insight and direction we needed to develop a differentiating brand proposition and sales vocabulary, which formed the foundation of the division's growth strategy.

We continue to support Dentsu's Experience team's leadership with the global rollout of their Labs proposition, announced at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in June 2024.
